The aluminum chassis exceeds crash protection standards for safety, and has detachable roof panels for experiencing the world around you as you drive. Inside, hand-stitched leather meets polished hardwood. And beneath the hood lives a powerful 4.8 liter BMW V8 engine, available with either a 6-speed manual or automatic gearbox. This is a serious roadster, going into full production in 2010. A deposit of $36,000 is all it takes to have your name added to the waiting list.
